Little Rock School District runs pre-K at several schools. Children who are 3 or 4 by August 1, 2026 can apply online through LRSD's enrollment site, with a birth certificate, Social Security card, proof of address and proof of income. Free for families who qualify for the state's Arkansas Better Chance program; other families pay a monthly sliding fee based on income and family size.
